Founder of Torus Center for Integrative Healing
Trauma Therapist • Yoga Practitioner • Spiritual Teacher

Who I Am
I am a trauma-trained psychotherapist, yoga practitioner, spiritual teacher, and guide for women and men who are ready to heal deeply and live from the heart.
My work weaves together:
- Clinical trauma training (LCSW, EMDR, NARM)
- Somatic and nervous system work
- Yoga, breath, and embodiment
- Devotional spiritual practice
- Feminine archetypal wisdom
- Ancestral and heart-centered healing
I founded Torus Center as a place where trauma-informed psychotherapy, education, and devotion-based spirituality can meet where you can feel, heal, and awaken in the same breath.
My approach is rooted in the belief that healing requires both nervous system safety and spiritual connection, and that the heart is the true teacher of every awakening.
How I Work
I support women and men who are navigating:
- trauma, dissociation, and emotional overwhelm
- spiritual awakening and intuitive sensitivity
- heartbreak, grief, loss, or rupture
- identity shifts, transitions, and rebirth
- relational patterns and attachment wounds
- ancestral transmissions and lineage healing
- the call to live a more aligned, authentic, spiritual life
My work sits at the intersection of:
- science and soul
- psychology and intuition
- somatics and spirit
- trauma healing and awakening
- embodiment and devotion
I help my clients build the capacity to feel what they’ve avoided, release patterns that no longer belong to them, and reconnect to the deep truth of who they are.
My Path & Lineage
I didn’t come to this work through theory; I came through my own lived initiations.
As a therapist, I saw again and again how clients needed more than coping strategies.
They needed to feel held, to reconnect with their bodies, and to find spiritual meaning in their suffering; they needed presence.
As I found a yoga practice, I learned that the body holds wisdom the mind cannot comprehend.
Breath, movement, and embodiment became essential to healing. So now I am completing toga teacher training.
As a spiritual seeker, I walked through my own heartbreaks, awakenings, deaths, and rebirths; experiences that opened me to devotion, intuition, ancestral presence, and feminine archetypal energies.
This fusion created my lineage:
The Torus Path
Stabilize → Awaken → Integrate → Embody → Share → Ascend
It is a path that honors:
- trauma-informed psychology
- the nervous system
- emotional truth
- spiritual connection
- the body as a gateway
- devotion as healing
- The feminine heart as teacher
Everything I offer flows from this lineage.
Why I Created Torus
I created Torus as a living ecosystem; a sanctuary for those who are ready for a different kind of healing.
Not a bypass.
Not a quick fix.
Not a trendy spiritual event.
But a deep, grounded, trauma-informed, spiritually rooted journey back to the heart.
Torus is where:
- You learn to stabilize your nervous system
- You reconnect with your body
- You integrate trauma
- You awaken to spirit
- You embody truth
- You find your purpose
- You rise into your wisdom
It is a place for those who are done avoiding, done collapsing, and ready to step into who they were always meant to be.

A Final Note
My work is not about becoming perfect or spiritually enlightened.
It is about becoming whole, embodied, truthful, and awake to the sacredness of your own life.
Healing is not an achievement; it is a return.
A return to your body.
A return to your heart.
A return to your truth.
A return to yourself.
And I am honored to walk that path with you.
