Retreat Overview

This intimate weekend retreat is designed for women who are in a season of deep transition, healing, or awakening.
Through yoga, circle, ritual, and embodied inquiry, we will explore the central question:

Who am I becoming… and what needs to fall away so I can step forward whole?

This retreat weaves together trauma-informed healing, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, ceremony, and supportive sisterhood. It is a space to soften, open, and reconnect with the woman you are becoming.

• Daily yoga and embodied movement

• Breathwork + grounding practices

• Shadow + inner child exploration

• EMDR for trauma processing if applicable

• Journaling and guided self-inquiry

• Sacred ritual + fire ceremony

• Nourishing time for rest, reflection, and community
