Mommy and Me Aerial Yoga
Sunday, March 16th @ 12pm – 1pm
An aerial yoga class to be explored alongside a special little one in your life (ages 5 – 11). This class will include partner stretching with your child on the mat and in the air with the aerial yoga hammock!
Each pair will share a hammock to dive into relaxation and imagination making mindful lasting memories together. A great class for mothers, aunts, nieces, daughters, grandparents and grandchildren!
