Step into a warm, open, and inviting space each Sunday evening at Torus Therapy in Batavia. Jeffrey will lead the class through supported asanas (poses) designed to foster deep relaxation in both body and mind. This gentle, restorative yoga class is thoughtfully crafted to center your awareness, soothe the nervous system, and ease you into the week ahead. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a calmer pace, the sequence is adapted to meet you exactly where you are – physically, emotionally, and energetically – creating a space that nurtures awareness and ease.

Following the yoga practice, founder Jamie Kruse leads a soul-soothing sound meditation that carries the restorative influence even deeper. This seamless transition from physical to sound-based relaxation helps move participants from the sympathetic (go/go/go) into the parasympathetic (rest/digest).
