Yoga and Mental Health Workshop

Sunday, April 6th at 9am to 12pm

By combining Yoga and Mental Health, we address every layer of a person’s being. We can help clients process emotions that arise on the mat, recognize and challenge deeply engrained belief systems, and work with a Mental Health Therapist to release them.

This integrated approach allows individuals to reach their full potential and access higher levels of consciousness that may not be possible without a combined effort.

Workshop will include Asana, Pranayama, Meditation as well Lecture and Q & A session.

This workshop is for Mental Health Therapists, Practitioners, Yoga Instructors, Professionals, and more who are interested in the connection between yoga and mental health, how to integrate into client care, and why it’s important.
