About Torus Center

A Living Field of Transformation

Torus Center for Integrative Healing began as a sanctuary for soul, body, and community – a space where therapists, yoga teachers, and healers came together to serve the full spectrum of human healing.

Though we no longer operate as a physical location, the essence of Torus continues to be a collaborative field dedicated to trauma-informed learning and embodied transformation.

We have evolved into a living curriculum, a place where practitioners, students, and communities come together to learn the skills, practice, and frameworks for deep healing.

Through trainings, workshops, mentorship, and shared community experiences, Torus offers education rooted in:

Nervous System Science

Trauma-informed therapy

Yoga and somatic practices

Meditation and breathwork

Ancestral and energetic healing

Integrative care models

Everything we do is designed to help people and practitioners learn how to heal, learn how to support healing in others, and learn how to live from the heart.

Our purpose is to bring healing into motion – through education, mentorship, and collective practice.
Together, we create experiences that honor the natural rhythms of transformation and the sacred arc of healing:
Stabilize → Awaken → Embody → Integrate → Share.

Collaboration Over Competition

Torus exists to connect, not contain.
We partner with practitioners across disciplines – psychotherapy, yoga, bodywork, energy medicine, coaching, and ceremony – to foster a web of care that transcends walls and geography.

Each collaboration reflects the Torus values: integrity, compassion, faith, and trust in the natural unfolding of life.

The Symbol of the Torus

The torus, a sacred geometry found in everything from galaxies to the human heart, symbolizes the infinite cycle of energy – giving and receiving, dying and rebirthing, expanding and returning.
It reminds us that healing is not linear but spirals – always bringing us home to the truth of who we are.

The Story Continues

Founded by Jamie Kruse, LCSW, Torus began as an integrative therapy and yoga collective in Batavia, Illinois. Today, it lives as an educational and community platform – uniting practitioners, students, and seekers in the shared work of embodied healing.

Torus is not a building; it’s a field of love, presence, and transformation that lives wherever we gather.
