Ancestral Healing Two Day Workshop: Monday, June 3rd & Tuesday, June 4th from 6-9pm

Together in a small intimate group we will:

• Learn, make, and share a family Genogram, diagrams of our family tree going back generations
• Heal ancestral patterns that feel “wired into our DNA” through Group EMDR
• Unwind those ancestral knots and clear karma, bondage patterns, ancestral trauma!

We will be:

• Identifying Patterns
• Identifying current limiting beliefs and tying them back to our ancestors
• Exploring that belief’s intention
• Acknowledging the ancestors and validating their sacrifices
• Asking for their support in releasing the beliefs/strategies
• Replacing the old beliefs/strategies with new ones

Includes a grief and release ritual.

Two Day Workshop hosted by Jamie Kruse. Jamie is an LCSW, and Certified EMDR Therapist, specializing in Transpersonal Therapy. She also is a Reiki Practitioner and Spiritual Response Therapist.
