This three-week course is designed to teach you how to meditate, so that you understand the methods and basics to get you into a meditative state.
The first week is a body scan, to show you how to be present and connect with your body, while also entering a meditative state. This is a powerful and effective technique to connect mind, body, and soul. This also teaches Mindfulness.
The second week will be a comprehensive meditation, using multiple techniques, to show the different methods of meditation and the different feelings and outcomes they can bring.
The third is a Gratitude Meditation. This is a powerful way to reprogram your mentality, your perspective, towards an attitude of gratitude. This also shifts your awareness more into your heart.
Singing bowls will be used for all three meditations as well, to help you bring you deeper into the meditative state.
This course can be taken by beginners, but also for experienced meditators to deepen your practice or learn some new techniques. Or simply to give yourself the time and space to meditate with a group!
Highly recommended to experience all 3 classes, but single drop-ins are accepted and also beneficial.

Drop ins: $20 per meditation
