Restorative Aerial Yoga with Hot Stones
Sunday, November 24th at 5:15pm
Enjoy a deeply restful evening with the gifts of the aerial yoga hammock hovering just above the ground for a restorative yoga practice including bolsters, blocks, blankets, and hot stones! This workshop will include a beginning meditation with essential oils to help relieve you of stress so that you can be filled with a sense of contentment and presence. Following the guided meditation, you will enjoy resting in very supportive restorative aerial yoga postures for extended periods of time while warm stones are gently placed upon you to bring about relaxation, comfort, and a sense of grounded energy to the earth for deep restoration to the muscular, nervous, circulatory, reproductive, respiratory, lymphatic, and immune systems.
Feel free to dress comfortable and cozy for this evening so you can go home and relax in bed straight afterwards! You’ll be ready! Stones will be placed atop clothing, on the palms, and a couple of smaller stones may be placed on the forehead or chest.
Join us to give your body, mind, and Spirit the space and time it needs to rejuvenate, restore, and radiate vibrant fresh energy!!
