What is Transformational Coaching?

Coaching at Torus is a bit different from traditional life coaching. The type of client who is ready for this type of work really knows what they want, but is stuck being able to achieve it. Different from mental health therapy which is helping to treat psychological conditions, coaching is more goal directed and helps to identify challenges that are preventing one from achieving their goals. This type of client is curious and open, has a strong desire for change, is willing to trust the process and surrender to the unknown.

As your coach, I will help you remember who you are so you can reach your desired potential. In our work together, you will create more awareness by clearing out any programs or blocks getting in the way of that awareness. As your coach, I will help you navigate your internal world so that you can make your life work for you to live more fulfilled and self-aware. I will help you learn to control life in a better direction and experience all that you want to experience. In this role, I am your coach and may use tools, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), to rewrite certain blocking beliefs, but I will not serve as your mental health practitioner.

What to Except in a Coaching Session

Awareness

Why awareness? Awareness is needed to make clear decisions, have discernment, be grounded, and to be able to manifest in your life. Awareness begins with the awareness of the self, which leads to awareness of others, and one may become more sensitive to the subtle energies around them. This building of awareness helps us tune into others and opens up other channels to help manifest our desires.

Clearing of Old Programs

Life has a way of providing us with experiences that alter our light. These experiences may affect our beliefs about ourselves. What we believe about ourselves and the world around us limits our potential here on this physical earth, aka your life. We can reach a deep connection with the self, which allows us to connect with others. And through the healing we give ourselves, we give to others, and great things can happen. Life fulfillment is reached because we are all one and can look different for everyone. We clear old programs that block our connection to self and others through techniques such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy), Emotion Code, and Energy work.

Experiences/Spirituality

If you have ever experienced unconditional love, this is where all things can happen. The feeling of oneness. I am on a constant quest for that oneness and am here for others curious about doing the same thing.

An understanding of who we are, source, light, and information. Oneness is acceptance of the world we live in and having love for the earth. It is an awareness of how this life has affected our potential and learning to heal those parts. Oneness is about connection and relationships so that we can heal through them. Developing an understanding of surrendering to what we think we know and trusting ourselves and our capacity. It is to live in the here and now, in the present moment, with acceptance for all. Most importantly, it is about the love we have for ourselves and the love we see in others. The connection creates power. Power is transcendence.

We all come to this from different angles. It may come to us spontaneously, or we may have been searching for it. However, it came to you, it changed you. I am here to help you take this knowing and integrate it into your life. If you have not experienced this, I may be here to help guide you through meditation, plant medicine, breath work, yoga, or sound. We will explore together what this path may look like for you.
