Yoga and Your Mental Health
Every Saturday Morning at 9am
Step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and embark on a journey of inner discovery. This class is thoughtfully designed to nurture your mental and spiritual well-being, guiding you to slow down, connect deeply with yourself, and explore the richness of your inner world.
In this beginner-friendly class, you will experience a harmonious blend of:
- Asanas (Yoga Poses): A combination of floor-based and standing poses that gently guide you through a mindful movement practice, enhancing flexibility and strength while fostering relaxation
- Pranayama (Breathwork): Techniques to deepen your breath, helping to center and ground your energy, and promoting a sense of calm and focus.
- Meditation Techniques: Practices to cultivate mental clarity and emotional balance, allowing you to tune into your inner self and find tranquility.
Props will be provided to support and adapt each pose to your unique body, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a practice that emphasizes slowing down and self-awareness, this class offers a space to nurture both your body and mind.

Aerial Yoga Classes
Wednesday Evenings
This enchanting class is an opportunity for your little one(s) to connect with others in mindful movements with the colorful fabrics! We begin in a circle where each child introduces themselves before stepping onto their mat and into their cocoon where they will be guided through a safe aerial yoga practice incorporating stretching, imagination, and some upside down fun! The class will conclude with a story read to them while they relax or wiggle in their personal floating getaway.
Aerial Yoga offers you the opportunity to explore a yoga practice while supported by the hammock. The hammock aids the body in feeling supported so there is less strain on your joints, more support to help you balance, and the unique experience of being able to decompress the spine through inversions without needing to have the strength necessary to do a handstand.
Cocooned Relaxation with Sound Healing
Unwind from your day while relaxing in the aerial yoga hammock hovering just several inches from the ground. While feeling held in a comforting embrace from the hammock, an eye pillow will be placed on your eyes and you will receive an aromatherapy pad on your heart to help you drop into a place of floating blissfully.
Sunday Afternoons
An aerial yoga class to be explored alongside a special little one in your life (ages 5 – 11). This class will include partner stretching with your child on the mat and in the air with the aerial yoga hammock! Each pair will share a hammock to dive into relaxation and imagination making mindful lasting memories together.
Reiki in the Aerial Yoga Hammock
This class is for you if you are looking for a way to unwind and destress and if you would like to invite a sense of peace, ease, and relaxation into your life. Using energy healing, restorative asana, and essential oils you will be able to release tension, melt away worry, and allow your body the space and time it needs to decompress and come back into balance which is where it is able to facilitate healing.
