Mommy & Me Aerial Yoga

Sunday, December 15th at 11am

An aerial yoga class to be explored alongside a special little one in your life (ages 5 – 11). This class will include partner stretching with your child on the mat and in the air with the aerial yoga hammock! Each pair will share a hammock to dive into relaxation and imagination making mindful lasting memories together.

A great class for mothers, aunts, nieces, daughters, grandparents and grandchildren! 2 students/1 hammock. Both students must be registered for the class.
